For anyone wishing to establish a strong daily yoga practice I can’t recommend Alex highly enough! Alex embodies the values she teaches - dedicated, humble, wise, insightful and genuine. Add to that her wicked sense of humour and you have someone who is also a delight to work with. She’s the real deal and I can’t think of a better guide or companion to have to developing a personal practice.

“Friendly and accepting space”
An absolutely wonderful class for destressing and supporting mind and body in rejuvenating and healing. There is good instrution about what to aim for with each pose, but the two things I appreciate most are 1) the friendly accepting space that Alex creates (I certainly feel I can take time out when I need to) and 2) the extra wee things Alex brings in, which I've not experienced in any other class.
